I'd passed it so many times on my way home or back to Vegas, never once having seen it functioning in the last 5 years... I simply used it to explain to my mother how far along I was on the drive! Well, a fellow blogger explained the Rock-a-Hoola waterpark. JDM

Not-so-raging waters for Baker-area locals.
